REVIEW REQUEST

Good work deserves a visible reputation.

Review Request helps businesses ask real customers for honest feedback at the right moment, notice every new review, and respond consistently.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

A real job is completed. The system politely asks the customer for an honest review, notices when a review appears, and prepares a reply for someone to approve.

  1. 01 Real work is completed
  2. 02 The system sends an honest review request
  3. 03 Your team receives the review and a suggested reply

THE PROBLEM

The best customers are often the least likely to be chased.

Teams remember to request reviews inconsistently. The request may arrive too late, contain the wrong link, or never receive follow up. New reviews can then sit unanswered even though future customers are reading them.

A reputation workflow connects the request to a real service milestone, sends a clear and compliant invitation, records what happened, and helps the business respond without manufacturing or filtering sentiment.

THE WORKING SEQUENCE

What happens, in order.

  1. 01A verified service milestone is completed.
  2. 02Eligibility and contact permission are checked.
  3. 03The customer receives one honest review invitation.
  4. 04The request and response status are recorded.
  5. 05A permitted reminder is sent when appropriate.
  6. 06New reviews create an internal alert.
  7. 07The system prepares a concise reply for human approval.
  8. 08Trends are summarized without exposing private customer information.

Illustrative workflow. The sequence shows the intended order of an approved build, not a guaranteed performance level.

QUESTIONS

Answered plainly.

Can we send only happy customers to Google?

No. MM8 does not build selective review gating. The system may collect private service feedback, but it must not manipulate which customers receive a genuine public review opportunity.

Can the system reply automatically?

It can prepare replies, but human approval is recommended. Complaints and sensitive situations must always reach a responsible person.

Can customers receive a reminder?

Yes, when the reminder is permitted, limited, and respectful. The workflow should stop after the approved sequence or when consent is withdrawn.

Does this guarantee a higher rating?

No. It creates a consistent process for genuine feedback and responsible replies. The underlying customer experience determines the reputation.
