DATABASE REACTIVATION

The next opportunity may already know your name.

Database Reactivation finds eligible past customers and inactive opportunities, organizes them around a relevant reason to reconnect, and keeps every response visible.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

The business already knows people who may need it again. The system cleans and sorts those contacts, identifies who may properly be contacted, sends one relevant message, and gives interested replies to your team.

  1. 01 Approved customer history is reviewed
  2. 02 The system cleans, sorts, and sends a relevant message
  3. 03 Your team receives interested customers and clear records

THE PROBLEM

Customer history is valuable only when it is accurate, permitted, and useful.

Businesses often have years of contacts spread across accounting software, inboxes, spreadsheets, booking systems, and CRMs. Some are strong relationships. Some are outdated. Some cannot legally or appropriately receive a promotional message.

Reactivation begins with data discipline, not a mass send. MM8 identifies the source, permission, relevance, age, and status of each segment before any campaign is designed.

THE WORKING SEQUENCE

What happens, in order.

  1. 01Approved data sources are inventoried.
  2. 02Duplicate, incomplete, suppressed, and ineligible records are separated.
  3. 03Contacts are grouped by real relationship and relevant need.
  4. 04Consent and communication authority are documented.
  5. 05One useful campaign is written for one qualified segment.
  6. 06Responses, opt outs, bounces, and opportunities are recorded.
  7. 07Interested contacts enter a human owned follow up path.
  8. 08Results and data quality improvements are reported.

Illustrative workflow. The sequence shows the intended order of an approved build, not a guaranteed performance level.

  • Sales conversations.
  • Complaint handling.
  • Final decisions about questionable records.

SUITABLE CLIENTS

Built on relationships you already earned.

Best for businesses with legitimate customer relationships, useful historical records, repeat services, maintenance cycles, renewals, past quotes, or seasonal demand.

Not suitable for purchased lists, scraped addresses, unclear data ownership, missing consent records, or indiscriminate cold outreach.

SETUP

How the build runs.

  1. 01Inventory data sources and owners.
  2. 02Assess data quality and communication authority.
  3. 03Create suppression and exclusion rules.
  4. 04Choose one relevant segment and reason to reconnect.
  5. 05Approve the message and response path.
  6. 06Test with a small controlled group.
  7. 07Expand only after delivery, response, and complaint signals are reviewed.

INVESTMENT

A controlled reactivation project from $3,500.

Final scope depends on source count, record volume, data quality, segmentation, CRM work, message channels, and reporting. Software usage, messaging, telephone, and third party platform costs are separate and disclosed before approval.

Larger or connected systems receive a custom proposal, normally beginning around $7,500.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and third party costs are separate.

WHAT THE CLIENT RECEIVES

  • Approved data source inventory.
  • Duplicate and suppression rules.
  • Useful customer segments.
  • Consent and relationship checks.
  • One controlled campaign.
  • Reply, opt out, and performance records.

QUESTIONS

Answered plainly.

Can you message every contact in our database?

Not automatically. Every source and segment must be assessed for accuracy, relevance, consent, existing relationships, suppression status, and applicable communication rules.

Can we use a purchased list?

MM8 does not offer mass outreach to purchased or scraped lists.

Does AI write every message?

AI may help classify records or prepare controlled variations from approved facts. A person approves the audience, offer, language, and campaign before anything is sent.

What happens when someone opts out?

The request must be recorded and applied to future communication through that channel. The system must include the identification and unsubscribe information required for the message.
