Specialized managed ecommerce hosting can exceed $100 CAD a month before ongoing studio care is included. WooCommerce Studio combines the infrastructure with active maintenance, verified backups, reporting, and direct support.

Every plan includes up to two grouped requests each month, with each request taking up to 30 minutes.

OWNERSHIP AND ACCESS

Your website remains yours.

You retain ownership of your domain, website content, and the custom work created for you. If you leave MM8, the site can move with you. Any third party software or services remain subject to their own licences and terms.

BILLING PORTAL

Billing without the back and forth.

Clients receive secure access to the Stripe Billing Portal after signup. It is the place to update a payment method, view invoices, and manage the subscription.

Does WordPress Studio include ecommerce?

No. Any website that accepts store orders belongs on WooCommerce Studio because the hosting and maintenance responsibility is different.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. A plan can change when the website changes, including a move from a static website to WordPress or from WordPress to WooCommerce.

What happens if I leave MM8?

MM8 will provide the website files and help coordinate a reasonable handoff to the next host or provider. Your domain stays in your ownership throughout.

Is website design included?

No. Hosting and Care begins after a website is built or accepted for migration. New builds and substantial redesigns are scoped separately.
