FOUNDING CLIENT PROGRAM

We are buying our first case studies with honesty.

MM8 is a new studio. We could hide that behind stock photography and vague claims about hundreds of happy clients. We would rather tell you the truth and make the trade worth your while.

THE TRADE

Steeply generous terms, arranged one at a time.

The whole deal in one sentence: a founding client gets terms far better than the standard ones, and MM8 gets permission to publish what actually happened.

Founding terms are arranged individually, in conversation, and they are steeply generous. In some cases the work is done at no cost.

There is no published founding rate here, and that is deliberate rather than coy. Every founding engagement has covered a different scope, so a single headline number would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. What the terms are measured against is public: the standard engagements and what each one starts at. Founding terms sit well below that, and the specific arrangement gets agreed before anything begins.

What MM8 receives in exchange is the part money cannot buy.

  • Permission to document the build publicly, as it happens.
  • A named case study, under the real business name.
  • A review on completion.

THE CLAUSE THAT MATTERS

The results publish either way.

The starting numbers, the build, and the real results at ninety days go up whichever way they go.

A case study that only exists if it succeeds is advertising wearing a lab coat.

Committing to publish before anyone knows the outcome is the only structure that makes the numbers worth believing. It also puts the pressure exactly where it belongs, on us, because there is no version of this where a disappointing result quietly disappears.

THE TERMS THAT PROTECT YOU

Nothing here is recovered in the fine print.

You own it from day one.

The website, the domain, the hosting, the content, and the automation accounts are registered in your name at the start, not handed over at the end of a term.

You can leave with all of it.

There is no contract trapping anyone. If the system has not earned its keep at ninety days, cancel and keep the website.

The terms are agreed first.

What the engagement covers and what it costs are settled in conversation and written down before any work starts. Nothing is discovered at invoice time.

WHAT GETS MEASURED

Numbers, not adjectives.

Before anything launches, the starting position gets recorded. Ninety days later the same measurements run again, and the comparison is what gets published.

  • Calls currently missed, and what happens to them now.
  • How long an inquiry waits before anyone responds.
  • Online visibility, including whether AI tools mention the business at all.
  • What moved at ninety days, what did not, and what it cost.

MM8 ran that visibility measurement on itself first and published the result when the answer was zero out of ten. The method is on the work page.

WHO IT IS FOR

And the honest catch.

A trades or service business in the Edmonton area that misses calls because everyone is on the tools, has real demand leaking through the cracks, and is willing to have its before and after shown publicly under its real name.

That public part is the catch, and it is not for everyone.

Some owners would rather not show their starting numbers, which is completely fair and simply means this program is not the fit. The standard engagements exist without any of that attached, at the published prices.

SEE IT WORK FIRST

The system can demonstrate itself.

Call the demonstration line and hang up. Watch what your phone does next. No sales call required, and nothing to fill in first.

Call (587) 570-4892 and hang up

You can also walk through a complete demonstration build at demo.mm8.studio. It is a fictional company, labelled as one on every page.

FOUNDING CLIENT PROGRAM

The program is open.

Tell us about the business and what is leaking. You will get an honest read on whether this is the right fit, and if it is, the terms get worked out in that conversation.
