Orli's residential pipeline on a practice copy with invented clients: leads in columns from new lead to won, with a next step, a value and a salesperson on each card.

Orli, operations software for Le Belle Arti

A custom web application that runs the business from lead to delivery: pipeline, quoting, sales orders, purchasing, invoice tracking and inventory, with roles, discount approvals and an audit trail. Built to replace a paper binder and a spreadsheet without losing either one's certainty.

Websites and software

What are you building?

Showrooms, interior designers, trades, clinics, professional services and more. The industry matters less than what the thing has to do.

An internal tool

Pipeline, quotes, orders, purchasing, inventory, approvals. One shared system for the team, with the right people seeing the right things.

A catalogue or online store

Hundreds of products, categories and variants, brand pages, trade pricing, quote lists and checkout. Structured so it can be managed without a developer.

A brochure or portfolio site

A clear, fast site that says what you do, shows your work and makes it easy to get in touch.

A booking driven site

For businesses where the calendar is the business: salons, clinics, studios and services. Real booking, not a contact form pretending to be one.

A rebuild

A site that has stopped working for you, rebuilt and moved properly. Content, rankings and accounts carried over, nothing lost.

AI automation

What automation looks like in practice.

We map how work actually moves through your business first, then automate only the parts that are costing you time or customers. Three examples.

Inquiry handling Demo workflow

A quote request lands. The right person gets it, with everything they need.

Captured from the website, acknowledged to the customer immediately, routed to the right salesperson with the details already filled in. No inbox digging, no double entry.

Missed call recovery Working system

A missed call becomes a text conversation and a booked visit.

The caller gets a text from your number within a minute, in your words. A short back and forth captures the need, and the job lands in your calendar. Call the demo line and watch it happen.

Reviews and follow up Demo workflow

Review requests and check ins, sent on time, every time.

A review request goes out a set number of days after the work is complete. Past customers hear from you at the right moment, responsibly and in compliance with Canadian anti spam law.

Every business with repeat customers

Built on tools in your name. Everything can be measured, and in week one we measure your own numbers before anything is sold on them.

Talk through an automation

Studio

A small studio, on purpose.

You deal with one person from the first conversation to the launch and after it. No account managers, no handoffs. Every project is quoted as a fixed scope before it starts, never by the hour.

You own everything

Your website, your domain, your accounts and your data are in your name from day one. WordPress without lock in. Leave any time and take it all with you.

One direct partner

The person who designs your site is the person who answers your email. Strategy, build, automation and hosting stay connected.

Built in Edmonton

In person when it helps, remote when it does not. Canadian hosting, Canadian dollars, clients across the country.

Clear at every step

Four steps, in order: understand, design, build, improve. You see and approve each one before the next starts.

Start a project

Tell us what you are building.

A new site. A catalogue nobody can manage. A rebuild. Hours lost every week to repetitive admin. Describe it in a sentence or two and you will hear back from Ivan, not a form robot.

Optional. Useful if you would rather talk than type.

Where the business feels slower, less clear, or less capable than it should.

No newsletter, no sales sequence. One reply from a person.

Archived website. Forms do not send messages.
